1- What is your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)?
It depends on the product you choose.Usually MOQ is 500 pieces/color/style.We also offer promotional and storage products, and the MOQ is 200pieces/color/style.
2- How about the sample policy?
We provide spot samples (production or website display) and custom samples (including brand, logo,material, color, size, etc.).
If samples are included in the order, the samples are free of charge. This means that we will charge the sample fee first, and we will refund this investment once you place your order.Depending on the country of delivery, it is usually $30.
3- How long is the sample lead time?
Samples' lead time is around 3-15 days. The customer provides the consignee account number of the Express. DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx by air within 3 working days.
4-Do you often have new products and designs?

5-What’s your Payment term?
T/T or L/C or Western Union or Alipay.Deposit 30%, Balance 70% before shipment.
6- Can you test the materials’ properties?
Of course! We can use these machines including tensile testing machine, salt spray testing machine, color evaluation cabinet, color fastness testing machine and hot press. Test your materials to meet your requirements.
